For all you golfers out there, be sure and join our golf scrambles which are held throughout the season. Tee off time is 9:00 AM at the Turtle Creek Golf Course, just a few miles from the Resort. Be sure and arrive at the golf course by 8:30 so randomly drawn teams of 4 can be put together. Prizes are awarded at most scrambles. A small cost of $2.00 for each player is collected at each scramble to defer the cost of the prizes. Check our Calendar frequently to find out when the scrambles will be held.

Turtle Lake Resorts will donate a portion of this years event proceeds to the Susan G. Komen "For The Cure" organization. $5 of each entrants fees will go to this worthy cause.
Most entrants in our 5K chose to participate in the nude. If you feel more comfortable participating in running attire, you are welcome to do so. If you have never participated in an event such as our 5K in the nude, consider giving it a try. For those who wish to participate at a slower pace, our 5K also includes a group who walk the course.
Our 5K course winds through the grounds of the Resort. TLR provides a pace vehicle as well as race marshals positioned along the course. Vehicular traffic is barred from the course for the duration of the event. Join us for the 5K event and spend the weekend enjoying the amenities of Turtle Lake Resort. As always, the best guarantee of accommodations for this event is making your plans and reservations early.
Registration starts at 8:00. The 5K begins at 10:00.

Nude Golf Outing at Turtle Lake Resort
Date: Saturday, June 25th (in case of inclement weather: Sunday, June 26th).
This will be an individual competition. We will be playing holes #1 thru #5 at the Resort. The cost will be $5.00 per person
Depending on the number of golfers there could be 2 flights, one beginning at 10:30AM and the next starting at 12:00PM. We will be starting a foursome on each of the five holes, and you may put together your own foursome. These numbers may change due to the number of golfers.
There will prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. In the event of a tie, a "chip off" will be held at 2:30PM. The winners will be announced and prizes given out at about 2:30PM or after the "chip off" if necessary.
Rules:
1) Pick up your 6th shot and card a seven
2) If your ball lands in or bounces in the hole, or bounces out of the hole,
that is considered "in" and you are done with that hole.
3) A ball in the water, woods, or anyplace unplayable is a one stroke
penalty.
There will be Beer on holes #1, #3 and #5. We will be serving Hot Dogs, Baked Beans, Chips and all the fixins.
To assist us in planning it would be greatly appreciated if you could sign up and pay by Sunday, June 19th in the Resort Office.
